I have interstitial cystitis and I was so uncomfortable before the start of my period for the past several months. Hmmm. I think it is working! Since I have been avoiding trigger foods and spices, not 100% sure this is why I am feeling on the mend, but I will take it!!! The severe spasming has eased, and for that I am grateful. I will keep taking the SSAV and order more in the furture.
