SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

AUTOSHIP PROGRAM (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

When you purchase an Autoship subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select. Save time, energy, and never run out of your favorite Desert Harvest products!

Autoship Eligibility:

  • The Autoship Program is only available on products priced at $10.00 USD or more, unless otherwise specified
  • Eligibility requirements are clearly displayed on the product page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout
  • Desert Harvest reserves the right to change this eligibility requirement at any time without prior notice

Minimum Commitment:

  • By enrolling in the Autoship Program, you agree to receive a minimum of three (3) shipments
  • This minimum commitment is clearly displayed on the product page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout
  • Canceling before completing three (3) shipments will result in backshipping fees (see Cancellation Policy below)

Delivery Frequency Options:

Choose how often you would like the product shipped to fit your schedule:

  • Monthly
  • Every other month
  • Every three months
  • Every four months
  • Every six months
  • Annually

Delivery Schedule:

  • If your shipment date falls on a weekend or U.S. holiday, we will ship on the following business day
  • Any alterations or inquiries regarding your automatic order must be made or communicated to us at least three (3) business days before your scheduled shipment date
  • You authorize Desert Harvest to automatically charge your payment method for each shipment

Payment:

  • You must maintain a valid payment method on file
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected schedule
  • Payment failures may result in delayed shipment or Autoship suspension

Managing Your Autoship:

Contact us at least three (3) business days before your scheduled shipment date for any changes, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Updating shipping address
  • Modifying products in your Autoship
  • Updating payment method

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel anytime by contacting us
  • Backshipping Fee: If you cancel your Autoship before completing three (3) shipments, you will be charged a backshipping fee of $12.00 per shipment for each shipment not received
  • Example: If you cancel after 1 shipment, you will be charged $22.40 (2 × $12.00)
  • This fee structure is clearly communicated on the product page, in your shopping cart, and at checkout

Returns:

  • Returned Autoship orders will be charged a minimum $6.00 restocking fee per item
  • Desert Harvest is not responsible for return shipping costs

Discount Policy for Autoship:

  • All discounts, promotions, and coupon codes are offered as-is
  • Desert Harvest reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change any discount at any time without prior notice
  • Discount codes are not valid on Autoship subscriptions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms
  • If a discount code is applied during checkout for an Autoship order where discounts are permitted, the discount will only apply to the initial payment. All subsequent Autoship deliveries will be charged at the regular subscription price without the discount
  • Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Desert Harvest reserves the right to suspend or cancel your Autoship for payment failures, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • By enrolling in Autoship, you agree to these terms and our Terms & Conditions

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in our inventory.

Pre-Order Terms:

  • Desert Harvest may collect full payment or partial deposit at checkout
  • Your payment method will be stored for any remaining charges
  • Desert Harvest may fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at any future date without additional notice
  • Pre-order fulfillment dates are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Estimated dates may change without notice due to production delays, shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control

Cancellation:

  • You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting us
  • Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is not permitted
  • Cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policies

Refunds:

  • Refund requests for fulfilled pre-orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy
  • Refund requests may be denied at Desert Harvest's discretion
  • Desert Harvest reserves the right to cancel any pre-order at any time and issue a refund of payments received

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

When you purchase a try before you buy item, Desert Harvest will authorize and may charge your payment method before fulfilling the order.

Try Before You Buy Terms:

  • You will have a limited time period (as specified at time of purchase) to decide if you want to keep the item
  • Time period begins upon delivery confirmation, not shipment date
  • Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item with proper Return Authorization, Desert Harvest will charge your payment method for the full amount
  • You must contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any item

Return Requirements:

  • All returned items must be in original, unopened, and resalable condition
  • Items must include all original packaging, inserts, and materials
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Items showing any signs of use, damage, opening, or tampering will not be accepted for return
  • Returns must be postmarked within the specified trial period

Important:

  • Desert Harvest reserves the right to deny try before you buy returns and charge the customer for the full amount at our sole discretion
  • Try before you buy is offered at Desert Harvest's discretion and may be discontinued at any time
  • Not all products are eligible for try before you buy
  • Limit one try before you buy per customer per product
