Desert Harvest Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Desert Harvest purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you can contact us to see if you qualify for a Return Authorization. All returns require prior authorization to ensure a smooth refund process.

How Our Returns Process Works

Step 1: Contact Us Within 30 Days

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization. Call 800-222-3901 or email info@desertharvest.com with your order details.

Step 2: Receive Your Authorization Number

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if your return qualifies under our policy. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Items Back

Package your sealed products securely and ship them back to us using the return instructions provided with your Return Authorization Number. Keep your tracking information for reference.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are calculated as product price minus shipping costs.

Standard Return Policy

  • Sealed bottles of supplements are eligible for refund at the total price you paid for the product, minus shipping costs
  • All refunds are less shipping costs, including undelivered shipments returned to Desert Harvest
  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or credit card charged in USD
  • Return Authorization must be obtained before shipping items back

Autoship Returns Policy

  • Autoship customers will be charged a minimum $6.00 restocking fee for any items returned
  • If you cancel your autoship subscription in less than three orders, you will be assessed a cancellation fee
  • Autoship returns must follow the standard 30-day notification requirement

Amazon Purchase Returns

  • All Amazon purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
  • Undelivered Amazon purchases may be subject to restocking fees

The following Desert Harvest products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons:

Wholesale Returns

Desert Harvest does not accept any wholesale returns. All wholesale sales are final.

How will I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed to the original payment method or credit card used for the purchase. Refunds are issued in USD and are calculated as the product price minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

Are there any restocking fees?

Autoship customers will be charged a minimum $6.00 restocking fee for any returned items. Standard retail purchases do not incur restocking fees. Undelivered Amazon purchases may also be subject to restocking fees.

What if my order was damaged or incorrect?

Can I return items purchased from Amazon?

No, all Amazon purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. For issues with Amazon orders, please contact Amazon customer service directly through your Amazon account.

What happens if I cancel my autoship subscription?
