I have had Interstitial Cystitis since 1997. I experienced a 5 year remission recently and then I got a UTI. The UTI caused me to flare. I started taking Desert Harvest Aloe Vera and my symptoms have lessened quit a bit in just a month.
I have been taking the SS Aloe for about 5 years it has always been the absolute best and does eliminate symptoms I had from I.C. This aloe is socially formulated and through trial and error a long time ago I tried other aloes which proved to be miserable with stomach aches and diarrhea. This is the only product I can use that has changed the quality of life for me.
My urologist recommended these capsules years ago. They have been helpful in keeping my bladder happy. I am currently using SSAV capsules as maintenance, on an "as needed basis" now to calm any sensitivities related to irritants.

I've been taking these for 3 years for Interstitial cystitis, along with other treatments.. Im sure they're part of the reason that I can live a relatively normal life.
This is a good lubricant because it is non irritating and does not upset my bladder like some can. My only negative, and the positives way out weigh the negative, is that I need to keep adding more because I can start to feel dry again after a few minutes. Then again most lubricants need replenishing too. This one is very gentle, good for you, and does not upset IC!!! It gets a great rating from me!
