These have really helped me a lot especially with bladder pain. They keep me hydrated you just have to make sure you’re drinking enough water.

I’ve only been taking for about 6 weeks, and I had a week lapse as next shipment was delayed. Initially, I only ordered a 1-month supply. I feel there has been minimal improvement, but I’m giving it three months.

I’ve tried others but this is the only aloe that brings relief from interstitial cystitis. It is a horrible disease to live with and also an expensive disease because insurance covers nothing that brings any relief from the disease. The only prescriptions either cause damage to either your eyes or to your brain. This product is priceless to me. It works for me!
I use powdered in smoothies but don't always make smoothies. Have osteoarthritis and this keeps me covered.
I have always loved it. An especially for an adult that eats organic yogurt and drinks Keifer; will not drink milk. This assures I get enough calcium. And D3 living way up in Northern U.S. where summer and sun are short supply.
