I’m giving this 5 stars because I appreciate the care and quality put into Desert Harvest products. I’ve only been using Heather’s UTI Defense for 3 weeks, so I can’t say if it’s helping yet. I get chronic UTI’s - so the next several months will give me greater information on how it works for me.
I’ve been using the super strength aloe vera for years. It has brought such relief. In the beginning I was taking around 6 capsules per day. Now I take 2-3 per day. I rarely have pain these days.
I rely on these capsules to help with overactive bladder and irritated urethra. I do think they help, because when I stop taking them, I definitely notice a difference. My only complaint is that they are a bit expensive.
It’s good for vulvodynia people and is soothing and easy to use when in a flare- or not. I think it’s better than other vaginal creams out there for us sufferers of this affliction. Thumbs up👍
Aloe vera super strength capsules were recommended to me by my Doctor to help with inflammation. I use them for months already and they are very helpful. I also use multivitamins and Aloe Vera gel from Desert Harvest. The quality and the results how they work are amazing.
They are a life changer for me. I have IC and they keep me in control of my pain.
I have IC so I have to be very careful, especially with supplements, and this calcium & Vitamin D works very well for me with no flares .
I’ve been taking Aloe Vera Capsules due to having IC, at my Drs recommendation for several years and it has helped me so much. I take one almost everyday and if I have a flair up, I increase dosage.

I've been taking these for years for my IC. Love this product.
I needed a multivitamin without Vitamin B6 due to my chronic neuropathic pain, as high amounts of B6 have been linked to increased pain (I don't think my previous multivitamin had quite enough B6 to affect this, but my neurologist recommended I stop taking it anyway). This was one of two options I could find without B6, and it was a better fit for my needs. It offers a more complete nutritional profile, and I appreciate that it's specifically designed to be easy on the digestive system. Shipping got delayed by several days, but it wasn't a huge deal. The price point is fair, and that was more important to me anyway. I've been taking it for about a week or so now, and I have no issues to report yet. Would definitely recommend based on my experience so far if you want or need a multivitamin without B6.

The magnesium is great and since I have been taking I have noticed how much better I sleep. Has helped my digestion issues as well.
