The innermost aloe vera layer sits against your skin for gentle comfort, while the bamboo and ginger cores absorb up to 3 tampons' worth of liquid. An organic cotton barrier layer provides fail-safe leak protection, and the recycled lace outer keeps everything breathable.
Is it really leak-proof?
LUNATION holds up to 3 tampons' worth of liquid across its 5-layer system. The organic cotton barrier layer acts as a fail-safe against leaks. For very heavy flow days, some customers pair LUNATION with a menstrual cup for extra confidence.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your natural waist at the narrowest point above your belly button and compare to our size chart. We offer sizes XS through XL (dress sizes 0-18). If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
