Right to Refuse Service: Desert Harvest reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict shipments to any customer at our sole discretion, including but not limited to customers who violate our terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have outstanding payment issues.
General Return Requirements
All returns require prior Return Authorization (RA). Returns sent without RA will not be refunded.

Issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, adjustments cannot be made.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method in U.S. Dollars (USD) only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes undelivered shipments returned to Desert Harvest.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Desert Harvest reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements or appears to violate the terms of this policy.
Supplement Returns
Sealed bottles of supplements are eligible for a refund of the product price, minus shipping, for up to 6 months after purchase.
Opened bottles are not refundable under any circumstances.
Products must be in original, resalable condition.
Auto-Ship Program Terms & Returns
Eligibility: Auto-Ship is only available on products priced at $10.00 USD or more, unless otherwise specified. Desert Harvest reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
Minimum Commitment: By enrolling in Auto-Ship, you agree to receive a minimum of 3 shipments. This commitment is clearly displayed on the product page, cart, and checkout page.
Backshipping Fee: If you cancel your Auto-Ship subscription before receiving at least 3 shipments, you will be charged a backshipping fee of $12.00 per shipment not received.
Restocking Fee: Auto-Ship customers will be charged a minimum $6.00 restocking fee for any items returned.

Discount Policy
Discounts are offered as-is and Desert Harvest reserves the right to modify or discontinue any discount at any time without prior notice.
Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other offers unless otherwise specified.
Discounts are not valid on Auto-Ship subscriptions unless otherwise specified.
If a discount code is applied during checkout for an Auto-Ship order, the discount will only apply to the initial payment. Subsequent Auto-Ship deliveries will be charged at the regular subscription price.
DEPRECATED — As of April 2026, Desert Harvest is no longer sold on Amazon. This section is retained for historical reference only and does not apply to current orders. Please order direct at desertharvest.com or from an authorized retailer.
Amazon Purchases
Items purchased through Amazon are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable (opened or unopened).
Undelivered Amazon shipments may be subject to restocking fees.
Amazon purchases are governed by Amazon's terms of service.

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (opened or unopened):

Wholesale Orders
Desert Harvest does not accept wholesale returns. For wholesale inquiries, please contact wholesale@desertharvest.com.
International Orders
All transactions must be completed in English.
Payments accepted: credit cards or international money orders in USD. Money orders should be mailed to: Desert Harvest - PO Box 1148, Whitefish Montana 59937
Shipping times vary: – First Class: up to 8 weeks – Priority: 6–10 business days – Express: approx. 5 business days (Customs delays may extend delivery by up to 12 weeks.)
If a package is returned to us by customs, refunds will only be processed after the package is received back at Desert Harvest. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Insurance is not available for international shipments.
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Desert Harvest is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.
Desert Harvest reserves the right to restrict shipments to certain international destinations.
Limitation of Liability
Desert Harvest's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
Desert Harvest is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
