Description

Calcium and Vitamin D3 are essential for healthy bones, teeth, heart, nerves, muscles, immune health, and cell growth.

Calcium is an acid reducer that removes up to 95% of the acid in food and drinks which helps decrease digestive discomfort.

Vitamin D3 works synergistically to enhance the absorption of calcium and is required for the regulation of the minerals calcium and phosphorus found in the body. It also plays an important role in maintaining proper bone structure.

Physical activity and adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D3 throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may support bone health.

It is recommended to take equal amounts of Magnesium to Calcium to support regularity.

INGREDIENTS: Each serving (2 capsules) contains 500 mg of calcium carbonate (an earth mineral), 200 IU of Vitamin D3, 40 mg of Organic Aloe Vera (Leaf and Inner Gel) – which has been shown in studies to enhance the absorption of nutrients, and trace amounts of silicon dioxide (a naturally occurring earth mineral) as a drying agent.

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take two capsules twice a day or as directed by a qualified healthcare provider.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful product…Desert Harvest Aloe Vera gave me life back almost 15 years ago and I would not ever want to be without it. With my daily routine of Desert Harvest’s Aloe Vera, Quercetin (and Calcium Carbonate with Vit. D3, as needed), I can eat more foods and almost never have a flare up. I actually buy all of my supplements from Desert Harvest because I know they are safe for people with IC, AND all of them have Aloe Vera in them. I will be forever grateful!

This product settles my stomach faster and better than any other calcium carbonate product I have found. I do need to empty the powder out of the capsule, but the powder is tasteless.
