INGREDIENTS: Each serving (1 capsule) contains 400 mg of Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) buffered with 40 mg of calcium oxide, 75 mg of Organic Aloe Vera (Leaf and Inner Gel) – which has been shown in studies to enhance the absorption of nutrients, and trace amounts of silicon dioxide (a naturally occurring earth mineral) as a drying agent.

I have been taking Desert Harvest since 2004. It helped me have my life back after an IC diagnosis. I recently tried their vitamin C. I can now take vitamin C again. I found that Ester C was bothering me where Desert Harvest C was totally well tolerated.

I have always suffered from colds, virus’s flu’s and anything bronchial. Every year I catch something several times and it’s never good. But ever since I have been taking this Vitamin C product the colds have been minimal to nothing. It really stabilizes my immune system. I have interstitial cystitis and the aloe products have saved my life. I recommend all of the Aloe supplements-thank you Desert Harvest.
