Recent blood tests showed I have very low iron, so my doctor told me to take a daily multivitamin with iron. Because I have interstitial cystitis I have to be careful with vitamin C. This Desert Harvest multivitamin with buffered vitamin C is perfect!

The only full B-complex with quality B’s and AVOIDING the potentially toxic buildup of B6 for poor methylators, genetic and/or metabolic predispositions, kidney or liver issues, etc… Saves having to buy and dose everything separately.
These capsules were recommended by my urologist. They have helped with the symtoms of interstitial cystitis.
I can't say whether they are doing any good. But in fairness to you, I'm not positive I have IC. I may have prostatitis and/or pelvic floor dysfunction, in which case maybe they are not supposed to work. But I like what I read on the website.
