I have been taking these supplements for a couple months and have noticed an improvement in my bladder health. My flares aren’t as severe, I am happy with my progress on these so far.
It's pretty hard to review a supplement, but so far everything is going well. The communication and customer service has been great. The only complaint I would have is that the number of capsules in the Calcium & Vitamin D3 is 90 caps, but they suggest you take 4 a day, which means you run out after 22.5 days. I am trying to auto order, but I'm having to change the order dates every month to make sure the order gets to me on time as to not disrupt the schedule.
Going to restroom less at night. I'm taking 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon and 3 in the evening.
Take when experiencing flares and have found very helpful/calming
I started taking these a few years ago for interstitial cystitis which I had just been diagnosed with. They worked so well that I only have an occasional bout of it, usually when I am under a lot of stress.I have also gotten my co-worker to start taking them for her knee that she has problems with, my 84 yr old mother who says they help her with her knees, and myolder sister for generalized overall aches and pains. They are wonderful and so effective. I have never found anything that works as well as these do! Thank you Desert Harvest!
I purchased these for a burning bladder that was not an actual infection. These seemed to alleviate some of the discomfort so I am very happy with them

I use this product to help with symptoms I experience as a result of Interstitial Cystitis also known as painful bladder syndrome. They help with pain, urgency and frequency.
This is the only form of magnesium my bladder/body can tolerate. Also this eases constipation, in my experience.
The Aloe Vera capsules have helped tremendously with my bladder burning.
Recommended by my urologist and is working to protect my bladder

The reason I'm rating 4 stars, is because I'm trying to adjust to taking them..I need to start slow and built up to six a day,my digestive system is the problem..
